Instalando un controlador de combustible / Installing a fuel controller by Vilrandir

After any modification to your bike that might modify your power curve it is a good idea to also install a fuel controller as well. This is because the stock controller on your bike (if any) assumes that you have all the stock equipment on it as well. When you change your exhaust, for example, the engine will have a different response to the same percentage of throttle . The fuel controller will adjust the response of the motor considering this new operational point. By doing this you can effectively obtain all the benefits of your new equipment. Tras una modificación significativa que pueda afectar la curva de potencia de nuestro motor es muy recomendable instalar un controlador de combustible a la par. Esto debido a que el controlador de nuestra motocicleta (asumiendo que tiene uno) siempre asume que tiene el equipamiento “stock”. Al cambiar tus escapes, por ejemplo, el motor tiene una diferente respuesta para el mismo porcentaje de acelerador. El controlador ajustará la respuesta del motor considerando este nuevo punto de operación. Al hacer esto nos permite sacarle todo el beneficio a las nuevas piezas que instalaste.
